the Internet (1996). The Company currently publishes and markets electronic law
libraries for state and federal jurisdictions and is well positioned as a significant
participant in the legal electronic information market on a national basis, and the
market leader in the area of servicing legal practices of ten or less lawyers.

Additionally, the Company introduced its Professional Information Technology
Access (PITA) platform, a state of the art search and retrieval software program
designed specifically for comprehensive legal research used in all currently runs
under all DOS platforms.

product line, the most modern search and retrieval engine and a marketing strategy
that accesses an under-served segment of the legal community firmly positions Law
Office Information Systems as the leading new media firm in the electronic legal
information market.

Principals of Riverview Capital, LLC advised, structured and placed $15,000,000 in
preferred stock expansion capital and advised the Company on its successful public
offering on the Nasdaq exchange. LOIS was subsequently acquired by a division of
Wolters Kluwer, the large Dutch, multimedia company in an all cash transaction.
